Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access upon purchase:

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered

Change-of-mind refunds are not available
Once access or download has been provided, the transaction is considered complete.
No Cancellations After Purchase
Digital products are delivered instantly or shortly after payment is processed.
For this reason:

Orders cannot be cancelled once completed

Refunds cannot be issued for accidental purchases, incorrect selections, or failure to read product descriptions

Technical Issues & Access Problems
If you experience a technical issue such as:

Broken or expired download links

Missing access to purchased content

Patreon access not syncing correctly
Please contact us with your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resend files where applicable.
Providing access support does not constitute a refund.

If a digital product is found to be faulty, corrupted, or not as described, and the issue cannot be remedied by providing a corrected file or restoring access, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
Misuse & Policy Abuse
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

Content has been shared, redistributed, or misused in breach of our Terms of Service
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where abuse is suspected.
