All products sold through our store are digital goods.

  • No physical items are shipped

  • No shipping fees apply

  • No delivery address is required

  • No tracking numbers will be provided

All files are delivered electronically.

Delivery Method

Digital products are delivered via one or more of the following methods:

  • Immediate download link after checkout

  • Email containing download instructions

  • Access through Patreon membership

  • Access via our secure external download site

In most cases, access is granted immediately after payment is successfully processed.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Digital delivery is typically instant

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to a few minutes due to payment processing or account verification

  • If you do not receive access within a reasonable timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first

If issues persist, contact us and we’ll assist with access as soon as possible.

Failed or Interrupted Downloads

If you experience any of the following:

  • Broken download links

  • Expired links

  • File access issues

  • Patreon access syncing problems

Please contact us with your order details. We are happy to help restore access or resend links where applicable.

Note: Access assistance does not constitute a refund.

No Shipping to Physical Addresses

Because all products are digital:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or street addresses

  • Shipping methods shown at checkout (if any) are not applicable

  • Selecting a shipping option does not result in physical delivery
